By downloading or using SchoolRhythm, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

About SchoolRhythm

SchoolRhythm helps parents, guardians and carers organise school bag preparation, packed lunches, pickups, reminders, notes and school events.

Eligibility

You should be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use SchoolRhythm.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the app. Notification delivery depends on your device and operating system and cannot be guaranteed.

Premium Subscription

SchoolRhythm Family is an optional subscription. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's billing terms. You may cancel through your Google Play account.

Availability

We aim to keep SchoolRhythm available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be updated, changed or removed.

Intellectual Property

The SchoolRhythm name, branding, logo, graphics, icons and original content are protected and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of Liability

SchoolRhythm is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for losses resulting from missed reminders, incorrect user-entered information, device failures or events beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy

Your use of SchoolRhythm is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the SchoolRhythm website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
