Who We Are

SchoolRhythm is a school-day planning app designed to help parents organise school bag preparation, packed lunches, pickup arrangements, after-school activities, school events and reminders.

Information We Collect

Children's names, school bag preparation items, packed lunch schedules, pickup arrangements and named collectors, school events, after-school activities, notes, reminders and notification preferences entered by you.

How Your Information Is Stored

The current version of SchoolRhythm stores your information locally on your device. Your data is not uploaded to SchoolRhythm servers. Deleting the app may permanently remove locally stored information.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not currently collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photographs, payment card details or advertising identifiers, and we do not sell your personal information.

Permissions Used

SchoolRhythm requests only the permissions required for its core functionality. Notification permission is used solely to deliver optional local reminders that you choose to enable.

Notifications

Morning, evening and pickup reminders are generated locally on your device and are not sent from SchoolRhythm servers.

Premium Features

Future Premium features such as Family Sync may use cloud services. This Privacy Policy will be updated before those features become available.

Data Security

Your information remains under your control on your device. We recommend protecting your device with a passcode, fingerprint or face unlock.

Third-Party Services

SchoolRhythm may use Google Play and Google Play Billing. These services have their own privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

SchoolRhythm is intended for parents, guardians and carers. Children do not create accounts or submit information directly.

Your Choices

You can edit or delete your information at any time or uninstall the app.

Data Deletion

Because data is stored locally, uninstalling the app may permanently erase all stored information. SchoolRhythm does not keep copies of your data on its servers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always show the revised 'Last updated' date.
